Our pies are baked fresh and do not contain preservatives. They are best stored at room temperature before eating within 24 hours of purchase, with the exception of all cream pies, which must be refrigerated.

To Slice:

Use a serrated knife to cut the pie with a sawing motion. Be sure to cut through the crust all the way to the pie tin. Cut in half, quarter, and eighths. Lift gently with a pie server.

Refrigeration:

Make sure to refrigerate pies that have not been eaten within 24 hours of purchase to extend freshness. Tightly cover pies with plastic wrap before refrigerating. Bring pies to room temperature before serving, except for cream pies, which should remain chilled.

Freezing:

For best flavor and texture, we do not recommend freezing our pies. However, you certainly can. Cover pies tightly with plastic wrap followed by aluminum foil. Allow 24 hours for the pies to freeze. Frozen pies should be eaten within 3 months. Thaw completely at room temperature before serving.

To Warm Fruit Pies:

Pies should be at room temperature. Preheat oven to 250̊ F. Place whole pies on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
